Underaged riders will be required to print out the waiver at home, have their parents sign it and notarize it.
Alternatively your parents can accompany you to the event and sign for you at the registration table.

Waivers will be available at the event and must be signed or you will not be able to ride.

If the rider's name differs from the Paypal account holder's name, specify that using the "Note to Seller" Option
